We hope, of course, that you are happy with your purchase, but it can happen that something is not quite to your satisfaction.

That is why Maesy gives you 30 days after receipt to cancel your purchase in whole or in part. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Only use the item to the extent necessary to assess whether it meets your expectations. If reasonably possible, return it in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the amount owed no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the return or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back.

Registering a return
You can easily register your return online via Cancel purchase. You will receive immediate confirmation of your notification. You can also notify us of your cancellation by email at info@maesy.nl.

Sending a return
After registering your return, you can choose a carrier yourself or easily purchase a return label through our returns portal at the favourable rate applicable at that time. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
